A couple of years after leaving Bachman, I was married (15 yrs.), and had a wonderful son (my greatest accomplishment), now 24 and a graduate of
MTSU. He attended on a Rugby scholarship.
In 1982 I entered a plumbing apprenticeship and learned plumbing and heating and air conditioning and refrigeration. I have been in the mechanical contractiong industry ever since. I received a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama.
I have lived around Chattanooga and Cleveland most of my life and have resided in southern Meigs County since 1995. I have owned my own Plumbing and Heating and Air Co. since 1996. Any free time is spent with my girlfriend and her kids and is usually on the lake
enjoying various water sports.

Friends: Too many years and miles have passed and I really can't remember
many. John Pelkey was the house guy in the bldg. where I was. I of course remember the Pflugs and family and their nephew that worked there (can't remember his name, Sue Barnes, an old guy that ran the farm and did maintenance. I have a friend from Cleveland that said her grandmother was the cook, but I don't really remember her either. I can remember only a few of the former residents names, John Wayne, Jerry Lewis, Bobby Williams, Shaunton Hunter, a couple of girl
twins. I would enjoy attending a reunion sometime.

I was married & divorced - 1982. I worked as LPN for almost 10 years, now married 1985 and have three children and 2 wonderful grandchildren.
If it were not for Bachman, I know my brothers and I would never had the opportunity to have a good start in life in many ways!
Most Embarrassing Memory of BMH: Lots! And I hated the water trough on Birthdays! We were thrown in without notice.
