Equestrian

The Equestrian Program is educational, therapeutic and competitive in nature. We strive to combine the unique gifts of the horse as a tool to reach the inner most being of humanity. Students fall almost instantly into a nurturing being as they spend time with the horses here at Bachman Academy. Caring for the horses reduces the student’s desire to be selfish because of the laborious nature of the horse care and stable management. Also, horses are the most perceptive of any other domesticated animal, which aids in the student’s search for his or her own true self and identity.

Certified Equestrian Instructor, Kristine Galloway.

In addition, Bachman Academy provides opportunities for students to enter competitive Equestrian sports. We offer team sorts as well as individual skill competitions outside our campus. These competitions have been shown to teach discipline and create self-esteem and a strong work ethic in the students.

The Equestrian Director’s goal is to uncover each student’s potential and provide a nurturing, educational and goal oriented program.
