Music
The Music Program allows students the creative freedom to experience music as a dynamic factor of everyday life. Students are invited to explore a variety of instruments of their choice. Field trips to instrument makers around the region are planned, so students can observe first hand what is involved in building
instruments.
Not just a “Music Theory” class, students delve into the history of music, from the time it was first written down to today’s cutting edge technology, as well as gain an appreciation of all aspects of creating music. As skill levels increase, students will be given multiple opportunities to perform in front of fellow
students.
