Bob McPeak, Woodworking

Bob McPeak, Bachman Academy Woodworking teacher.

Bob McPeak, a Tennessee native, is the Woodworking Instructor at Bachman Academy. Bob worked at Wheland Automotive Industries for 24 years where he managed the Graphic Design and Printing Departments.

He learned woodworking from his father who is a cabinetmaker and retired science teacher. Bob will tackle just about any project with his students and has helped them turn out work of which they can be very proud!

Bob’s family consists of Anna, his wife of 18 years, as well as his children, Jacob and Emily, and their two dogs, Uzi and Shadow. Bob plays guitar, bass and saxophone, and currently plays bass for “Anchored in Him,” a Christian rock band. Bob has been known to build guitars on occasion, too. At the present time, Bob is serving as President for the Creative Arts Guild for the OLPH Parish. Mr. McPeak also competes in IPSC pistol and rifle competitions.
