Nikki Rigdon is the Director of Development at Bachman Academy. She has more than ten years of development experience in the non-profit sector.

She began at Bachman as an Administrative Assistant to the Directors of Development and Admissions and was promoted to Director of Development in July of 2007. Nikki is passionate about sharing Bachman’s mission and about her role in making it a reality. “The kids at Bachman are great people: smart, funny, and caring. For them to have found a school where they fit in, have true peers, and the academic style they need, is a real blessing. I am excited to be a part of that!”

Nikki is an avid reader of modern fiction and classic literature. She is a “Jill-of-all-trades – master of none,” dabbling in art, music, Theology, cooking, and an excess of other interests in her very spare time. Nikki and her husband, Kevin, and their daughter, Brenna, live in Cleveland.
